RETURN & EXHANGE POLICY
AT ST. TROPEZ CLUB, WE VALUE YOUR SATISFACTION AND AIM TO PROVIDE A SMOOTH SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. PLEASE READ OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE :
WE ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR T-SHIRTS AND LIFE JACKETS ONLY, UNDER THE
FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- THE REQUEST IS MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORDER.
- EACH ITEM CAN ONLY BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ONCE.
- THE ITEM IS UNUSED, UNWASHED, AND
UNWORN. - THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH ALL TAGS AND LABELS ATTACHED.
- THE ITEM MUST BE IN RESELLABLE CONDITION (NO STAINS, PERFUMES, OR SIGNS OF WEAR).
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE :
- SWIMWEAR OF ANY KIND (FOR HYGIENE REASONS).
- SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS.
- ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED DUE TO CUSTOMER MISUSE.
- ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR
TAGS.
- REFUNDS ARE ONLY ISSUED WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF 3 DAYS FROM RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
- INCLUDE YOUR ORDER DETAILS ALONG WITH A BRIEF EXPLANATION OF THE REASON BEHIND YOU REQUESTING TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM.
- ONCE YOUR REQUEST IS APPROVED, WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH RETURN SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS, UNLESS THE ITEM WAS SENT INCORRECTLY OR IS CONFIRMED TO BE DEFECTIVE.
- AFTER WE RECEIVE AND INSPECT THE RETURNED ITEM, WE WILL PROCEED WITH THE EXCHANGE OR ISSUE STORE CREDIT BASED ON YOUR PREFERENCE AND ITEM
AVAILABILITY.
WE DO OFFER REFUNDS IF THE RETURNED ITEM MEETS ALL OF OUR RETURN POLICY CONDITIONS.
IT MUST BE UNUSED, IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH ALL TAGS
ATTACHED, AND IN RESELLABLE CONDITION.
IF THE RETURNED ITEM DOES NOT MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AND ARRANGE TO HAVE THE ITEM SHIPPED BACK TO YOU. IN SUCH CASES, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS.
